Kuccps applicants can now access their course application results  following the procedure outlined below.

Step 1: Visit the KUCCPS website using the address students.kuccps.net The system will direct you to a log in page. The page appears as shown below.

The login page has two modules:  Login Module & the password recovery module. The login module is used to authentic applicants before accessing the system.

Step 2:  Login using your KCSE Examination registration number, Exam year and password. Applicants will be required to have the following details before accessing the application system.

• KCSE Index Number (11 digits)
• Examination Year.
• Birth Cert. Number / KCPE Index No.

The initial password is the applicant's  Birth Certificate No. / KCPE Index No (as used in KCSE Exam Registration) . 



After logging in, the system directs you to the default application portal home page.Your application results are displayed in the home page as shown below.  Successful applicants will see a congratulation note, stating the institution code, institution name, program-me code and the programme name.

Step Four: Log out when you have finalized with application. This is necessary so as to keep your application information safe.
