More than 1,000 students pursuing unaccredited engineering courses at Egerton University
on Wednesday protested after the University served a notice directing
all of them to vacate the premises by 2:30 pm until further notice.
The students last week demonstrated faulting the Engineering Registration Board of Kenya (ERB) for prolonging accreditation of their studies.
